Built RetailPulse, an end-to-end ML-powered retail analytics platform on 1M+ UCI retail transactions. Implemented KMeans customer segmentation, XGBoost churn prediction with SHAP explainability, SARIMA demand forecasting, and inventory optimization across 4,739 SKUs. Shipped a FastAPI REST API and 4-page Streamlit dashboard, with MLflow experiment tracking and Evidently AI drift monitoring.
